Owned and operated by Chef Tony Thomas Sr and Shun Thomas, #UncleTonysBackyardBBQ is a mobile food vendor with lick smackingly Good Barbecue. In business for nearly two years, their welll seasoned and exquisitely smoked meats are a mouth watering treat. Their menu items include Smoked brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Pulled pork, pork & brisket Tacos; and side of Baked beans, Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, Potato salad - ready to order onsite, call in or delivery through #UberEats. Chef Tony has been cooking at a high level for over 20 years for different companies and after a critical accident and months of rehabilitation took his second chance to fulfill his passion of starting a barbecue business with good quality food and a feel like you're in an Uncle's Backyard. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas Uncle Tony is available for vending at large & small events, as well as catering at seasonal, professional or personal functions.
